Additional Discussions, Concerns and Motions:
Brush Clearance: Area 4 and others expressed concern over brush clearance. President said she had had a discussion with Fire Child, Richard Fields about brush clearance and evacuation preparedness. See report here.

Outsized Building: Area 3 and others expressed a concern about outsized building that uses a lack of proper zoning codes in "doughnut hole" areas which do not have hillside or coastal zoning limitations, and end up with out-of-scale residential development. LUC is considering action.

Sidewalk Repair and Street Services: Area 4 and others expressed concerns about sidewalk repair and street services. The President said she’d start email communication to see who can address the issues. Karen Ridgley also said Area 4 was in need of side walk clean up. The President said that according to CD 11 Deputy report some side walk clean up was being done in the Palisades, so it is possible. She would try to get someone to give us answers. Chris Spitz said shed refer the matter to WRAC Trans committee.

Motions Passed:

Support for Speed Limit Reduction (WRAC): PPCC voted to support a position in regards to the recent adoption of Ordinance 187427 regarding speed limit reductions. See the motion here. See the Council File here.
