This coming Wednesday October 8, at its October meeting in Redondo Beach, the Commission is scheduled to hear a Coastal permit application brought by County Beaches & Harbors, by the project concessionaire and by the state (CalParks), for approval of proposed plans for the Gladstones redevelopment project. See the agenda HERE (item 12c) for links to the staff report and exhibits; residents are encouraged to attend and comment in person; live stream and Zoom options are also available (see Public Participation Procedures, linked in the agenda).
Please note that the PPCC Executive Committee has submitted a letter requesting postponement of the hearing, to allow for questions and concerns to be addressed and the community's input to be shared with the Commission, before any Coastal hearing or permit issuance occurs.
