Join PPCC, the Palisades Recovery Coalition and others on July 2 at the Village Green, as we bid farewell to Col. Eric Swenson of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), who will complete his tour of duty on July 3 -- followed by LAPD Roll Call at the Village Green (not Station 23).

4th of July Festivities
